Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 24 hours only (strictly). If 24 hours have passed since you received the product and you have not emailed us requesting a return or exchange, no requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

To claim a refund or exchange for a wrong product received, an unboxing video is mandatory. Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any refund or exchange request.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, invoice number & unboxing video.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Important: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after delivery or if you simply do not like the product.

As all Food & Beverage (F&B) products are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons, they are not eligible for a refund. An exchange will only be provided if you have received the wrong product or an item different from what you ordered. In such cases, you must notify us within the specified return period, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged in transit or wrong order received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@flavos.in

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift coupon for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift coupon will be mailed to you.
